Nicco is a NYC-based creative director/writer and filmmaker with 15+ years of experience in creative storytelling for some of the world’s top brands.

Strategically minded and curious by nature, he is not afraid to push boundaries and often thrives in figuring out how to do a lot with a little. He is driven by finding innovative ways of bringing a story to life.

With experience building and leading in-house teams (Delta, Peloton) and fast moving agencies (MALKA Media), he understands how to develop and execute across all types of creative and content -- both short and long-form, commercial, documentary, animation, event.

His company Sugarboy Productions is focused on bringing thoughtful, captivating, original storytelling to the screen.
