I grew up playing sports. Lacrosse became my life — the community, the competition, the obsession with getting better. I had a coach who used to say "don't think, just do."

That means showing up, putting in the reps, and when the moment comes… don't hesitate.

It’s how I’m wired, with instincts for how to read a situation fast, trust the people next to you, and execute when it actually counts.

I carry that with me no matter what I do.

So from booking actors in commercials and directing documentaries to building one of the first in-house creative studios at a Fortune 100 company before in-house was even a thing — that’s 13 years of showing up, rep after rep, paving the way without a blueprint.

Not thinking. Just doing.
