THIS IS A STORY ABOUT RAW EMPATHY.Deloitte wanted DEI training that didn't feel like DEI training. So instead of explaining inclusion, we put people inside it — first-person POV films that place you in the room where it happens, as it happens.
No distance. No narrator telling you how to feel. Just the moment.
I led concept development, scripting sessions inspired by real people’s lived-experiences, character development and world building. I also served as on-set director overseeing production and post across the full series.
What started as an internal training brief expanded into a multi-season global program that went external.
