What if inclusion wasn’t just explained - but experienced?
The ask:
Deloitte wanted to level up their diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to move beyond simple awareness and into something transformational, genuine empathy - a format that could help people actually feel what inclusion (or lack of it) looks like at work.
The work:
We created an immersive first-person film series that puts viewers directly inside the lived experiences of others in the workplace. Told entirely through cinematic POV techniques and effects, each short film removes distance and invites empathy by letting the audience experience moments of bias, exclusion, and allyship as they happen.
The impact:
Originally developed for internal DEI training, the series expanded into a multi-season global program and was later released externally due to its success.
It became a scalable storytelling platform demonstrating how narrative and perspective can drive real cultural impact - not just awareness.
