EXPERIENTIAL

When Delta became the first airline ever to headline CES in 2020, the goal wasn’t to compete with consumer tech giants -
it was to redefine how innovation feels.

The ask:

Define and deliver a future-forward brand experience that positioned Delta not just as an airline, but as a technology and experience leader, while translating complex innovation stories into something calm, human, and emotionally resonant.

The work:

We brought Delta’s vision to life through a fully immersive experience that began as soon as guests landed in Vegas, stepping off the jet bridge and into the brand’s world.

Continued by the CEO’s opening keynote, a four-act hero film seamlessly guided the audience through each touchpoint of a customer’s journey.

And on the showroom floor, a calm, atmospheric booth exhibit invited attendees to experience the tech firsthand - from the mind-bending Parallel Reality demo to an untethered full-body exoskeleton.

The result was a multi-sensory brand moment that cut through the noise and positioned Delta as a leader in human-centered innovation.

The impact:

  • 16M+ impressions

  • #1 trending CES booth (Day 2 & 3)

  • 6 “Best of CES” awards

  • Shortlisted for Campaign Experience Awards
